The Gallery at Fishs Eddy Inaugural Exhibition:

Press Release from Fishs Eddy:
"As avid art lovers, it took less than two minutes to decide who this Gallery at Fishs Eddy really belongs to...the unsung heroes of the art world, artists who have been out in the field year after year, decade after decade - perfecting their craft and following their internal drive to paint. The Gallery at Fishs Eddy is thrilled to exhibit six New York City, Plein Air Artists - each having their own interpretation of city or country. The thread they share is a kind of slowly churned mindfulness that places them in the unique genre of painters who make art with sustaining power, and old school elegance.
Artists: Enid Braun, Leslie Concannon, Robin Kappy, Yuri Ohara, Vincent Pinto, Tony Winters"

Two of my works:

Chichester Drawing

I love the backdrop of mountains in the Catskills! I am pleased to say my drawing of this Chichester, NY local was purchased by the owners.

I learned that the house in my drawing is a Sears kit home, delivered by railroad. It was a factory office and company store where the workers spent the script they earned. When the current owner fixed the house 30 years, ago all the wood in the house was numbered, it remains as original as was possible.
